Plan Year 2026 Certification Training
Plan Year 2026 Certification Training opens July 31, 2025, for Agents and Agency Administrators.
Georgia Access partners with licensed agents and agencies to help Georgians enroll in affordable healthcare coverage. This page outlines what you need to know to complete certification and begin supporting consumers.

Step 1: Get Certified
Complete your Plan Year 2026 certification training through the LMS. All agents and agency administrators must pass the required assessment to support consumers during Open Enrollment.
Step 2: Set Up Your Agent Portal Profile
Once certified, create your Agent Portal profile based on your role. This begins the process of being approved to assist consumers.
Step 3: Establish Appointments with Issuers
Work directly with participating Qualified Health Plan (QHP) and Stand-alone Dental Plan (SADP) issuers to finalize appointments.
Step 4: Start Enrolling Consumers
Use the Georgia Access Agent Portal or an approved Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) partner to assist consumers during Open Enrollment.
