Georgia Access For Business is new to me – where do I go for help
The GAFB system has helpful online resources in the library section of your account that you can access when you log in. However, the easiest way to get help is to call our Service Center at 844-GA-ICHRA (844-424-2472). You will be able to talk with knowledgeable Georgia Access For Business staff, including licensed agents who can help you pick the plan that best fits your needs.
If I Live and Work in Another State?
Yes. GAFB’s partners have a network of agents across the country. Call our Service Center at 844-GA-ICHRA (844-424-2472) and they can put you in touch with an agent that is licensed to help you in your state.
I am Medicare-eligible. Can I still take advantage of my employer’s ICHRA?
Yes, GAFB’s partners can assist with Medicare enrollments, although the process is a little different. Call our Service Center at 844-GA-ICHRA (844-424-2472) and they can put you in touch with a partner who specifically works with Medicare-eligible employees.
My employer’s ICHRA only covers me. Can my family still get subsidies on Georgia Access?
It is possible that your family members may qualify for on-exchange subsidies, even if you do not, because your employer is offering affordable coverage through your ICHRA. As you set up your account in the Georgia Access For Business system, you will have the chance to explore whether it is likely that you could benefit from on-exchange subsidies with or without ICHRA funds from your employer. It was better for me to enroll on-exchange or through another platform. Can I still take advantage of help through GAFB?
Yes, although the process will be different. In your GAFB system account, look for Resources and the Guide to Off-Platform Enrollments. These guides will walk you through the steps you will take, including a form that you will complete and submit to GAFB. You will have to set up some of the components yourself.
