This section provides Supporting Resources for Employer and Agents and FAQs related to GAFB. 

Georgia Access For Business (GAFB) has created a simple tool for employers and agents who have heard about ICHRAs and are interested in exploring whether this type of coverage model might be a good fit for your organization or client. The decision support tool allows two paths:

  1. Selecting and prioritizing the goals / priorities you have for your coverage and then finding out which coverage model (Commercial Group, SHOP, or ICHRA) is the best fit and why. Please visit the GAFB priorities and goals tool, or
  2. Sharing high-level employee information in a census template to generate a high-level cost comparison for the different coverage models. Please use the GAFB high-level cost comparison tool.

Users can also initiate a more detailed, complete cost savings analysis for an ICHRA set-up from this tool. In order to request a full Cost Savings Analysis, users must first create an account.
