Los planes de salud catastr\u00f3ficos son planes con deducibles altos que solo est\u00e1n disponibles para consumidores menores de 30 a\u00f1os. Si desea inscribirse en un plan de salud catastr\u00f3fico pero tiene 30 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s, debe solicitar una exenci\u00f3n de asequibilidad o de dificultad para inscribirse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tenga en cuenta que los planes&nbsp; de nivel Bronce<strong>generalmente brindan&nbsp;<\/strong>m\u00e1s beneficios de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a un costo similar al de los planes catastr\u00f3ficos y no tienen un l\u00edmite de edad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h2-heading\"><strong>Exenciones por dificultades econ\u00f3micas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si experiment\u00f3 una de las siguientes circunstancias que le impidieron inscribirse en la cobertura de salud, es elegible para recibir una exenci\u00f3n por dificultades econ\u00f3micas para inscribirse en un Plan de Salud Catastr\u00f3fico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estabas sin hogar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fue desalojado o enfrenta un desalojo o ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recibi\u00f3 un aviso de corte de una compa\u00f1\u00eda de servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ha sufrido violencia dom\u00e9stica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiment\u00f3 la muerte de un miembro de su familia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiment\u00f3 un desastre natural o causado por el hombre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se declar\u00f3 en bancarrota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuvo gastos m\u00e9dicos que no pudo pagar, lo que result\u00f3 en deudas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiment\u00f3 aumentos inesperados en los gastos necesarios para cuidar a un miembro de la familia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usted reclama a un hijo como dependiente de impuestos a quien se le neg\u00f3 Medicaid o PeachCare for Kids\u00ae.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Su decisi\u00f3n de apelaci\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 cuando usted no estaba inscrito en un plan calificado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usted experimenta otra dificultad que no se ha especificado anteriormente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h2-heading\"><strong>Exenciones de asequibilidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si experiment\u00f3 una de las siguientes circunstancias, es elegible para recibir una exenci\u00f3n de asequibilidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El Plan Bronce de menor costo disponible en Georgia Access en su condado le costar\u00eda m\u00e1s que el umbral de asequibilidad establecido por el IRS en funci\u00f3n de sus ingresos estimados.  <em>Tenga en cuenta que esta es una circunstancia rara.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El seguro ofrecido por su empleador para un plan solo para usted o un plan familiar le costar\u00eda m\u00e1s que el umbral de asequibilidad establecido por el IRS en funci\u00f3n de sus ingresos estimados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h2-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo solicito una exenci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Debe descargar el formulario de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthcare.gov\/exemption-form-instructions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">solicitud de exenci\u00f3n<\/a> correspondiente y enviarlo a los Centros de Servicios de Medicare y Medicaid (CMS). Una vez recibida, CMS aprobar\u00e1 o denegar\u00e1 la solicitud. Si se aprueba, se le emitir\u00e1 un N\u00famero de Certificado de Exenci\u00f3n (ECN).
